Our topic will by "A Typical Bid Day" and Chuck will be leading open discussions on what is currently happening on bid days that is causing tremendous problems for General Contractors and Sub-Contractors. Discussions will include Bid Day Ethics, Post-Bid Negotiations (bid-shopping), etc. This will be a time for Sub-Contractors to give feedback to the General Contractors on these and other issues.
